He’s actually an undercover agent for the Inter-Stellar Counter-Intelligence Corps. His mission is to capture Molock the Merciless (not a nice fella). Is it just me or does Molock look a lot like Bouncing Boy?
It should be pointed out that Dev-Em is still a good guy at the end of this issue unlike the new ‘retro-boot’ version who is a murderer.
Speaking of retro-boot villains here’s the first appearance of Radiation Roy:
Unlike the retro-boot version who is so demented that Saturn Girl couldn’t sleep for two nights after probing his mind the original is just incompetent. Check out Lightning Lad in the lower left corner, classic facepalm.
