Lex’s sister is hot. ‘Nuff said.
This issue begins with Lena Thorul finding out that Lex Luthor is her brother. This shock to her system causes her to develop amnesia. Lena doesn’t know who she is but she does know she wants to get away. Lena ends up in Africa and since she didn’t pack Lena ‘borrows’ a costume right out of a Tarzan movie. Lena finds that her telepathic powers work on animals and she becomes the queen of the jungle.
Lena gains the attention of a promoter for the Metropolis Arena who asks her to return and star in a show with her obedient jungle animals. Luthor hears that his sister is back in town and uses some mutant plants he’s cultivated to escape from prison.
Lena regains her memories and can’t perform so Supergirl takes her place. Luthor shows up after the show reveals why he escaped from jail. Lex exposes Lena to a mutated Lotus plant which erases Lena’s memories of finding out about her brother. Lena, now blissfully unaware about her sinister family connection, goes back to her normal life.
